but not limited to, product information or other Content, ordering information,
email, messages, shopping and interactive services operated by AIS through
the Website.
-
"User" means each person who uses the Service or purchases
any products from AIS.
2. The collection of personal information.
Personal information, including names, addresses, phone numbers
and email addresses, will be collected from the Users of the Website in
several ways, each of which is intended to enhance the services provided
by AIS to the Users of the Website. The type of information we gather online
falls into three general categories, as described below.
a) General Tracking Information.
AIS keeps a record of User's online sessions, including the
User's IP, computer, and network addresses, the date, time and duration
of the visit, and the web pages and other objects the User requests from
the AIS server.
b) Account Setup and Online Ordering Information.
As an initial matter, customers are required to provide personal
information in connection with their application for an account with AIS.
AIS also keeps a record of all transactions or purchases conducted through
the Website. In order to complete such transactions, AIS requires each
User to submit the Transactional and Billing Information indicated below.
Alternatively, Users always have the option to call, fax or mail in the
Transactional and Billing Information to conclude a purchase.
(i) Transactional Information.
The User's email address, name, billing address, shipping
address, method of shipping, and purchase order number.
(ii) Billing Information.
AIS also collects the following method of payment information.
(1) If payment is made online by credit card, the User
will be required to provide the type of card, the card number, the expiration
date, and the credit card verification value (a set of numbers on the
credit card used to prevent fraud); or
(2) If payment is made online using check processing,
AIS will also require the User's checking account
number, the routing number of the User's bank, and
either the User's social security number or driver's
license number (again to prevent fraud).
c) General Correspondance.
AIS also retains copies of all correspondence with its customers
and other Users of the Website, including emails. Additionally, providers
of third-party content available on the Website, such as the providers of
research information, may collect information relating specifically to your
use of that content.
3. Cookies.
In order to facilitate your use of the Website, AIS will
assign your computer browser a random number that uniquely identifies it.
This is accomplished by sending an element of data to your browser. This
data is then stored on your system and is commonly referred to as a "cookie." Certain
areas of the Website may require that you accept cookies if you
wish to enter. Cookies are offered to our Users to enhance the convenience
of the Service. For example, cookies store information such as user names
and passwords and allow customers to avoid re-entering this information every
time they access the Website. Cookies also allow AIS to track how individuals
are using the Website as described in Section 1 above. The
User also has the option of turning cookies off on his or her
browser, in which case the User will still generally have access to the Website,
but the Website web server will be unable to collect the information described
above.
4. Use of personal information.
AIS does not currently sell, lease, license or otherwise
provide access to the personal information of its customers to third parties
for profit. Currently, AIS only uses the personal information of its customers

are required to sign nondisclosure and confidentiality agreements and to
adhere to AIS' policies regarding use of its customers' personal information.
b) AIS may also aggregate the personal information of
its customers and provide this information, in aggregate form only, to certain
third parties. For example, AIS may provide aggregate information to a company
that will assist AIS in developing new products or services to better meet
the needs of its customer base. All such third parties are required to sign
nondisclosure and confidentiality agreements and to adhere to AIS' policies
regarding use of its customers' personal information.

the form of online or email surveys or questionaires. Such surveys or questionaires
will be subject to the terms of the ApprenticeIS.com Website Agreement and
Privacy and Security Policy. Any participation in such surveys or questionaires
by the User will be completely voluntary. However, should a User post any
message on the Website, either as part of a survey or questionaire or as
unsolicited comments, ideas, concepts, suggestions, or complaints, that
information will become the property of AIS. The act of providing such information
constitutes an assignment to AIS of all worldwide right, title and interest,
including copyright, patent, and other intellectual property rights, in
and to the material and information which the User provides to AIS. AIS
will be under no obligation whatsoever to use, respond to or pay any compensation
with respect to any idea, concept, submission or suggestion provided by
the User and may remove or delete any such idea, concept, suggestion or
submission at any time in AIS' sole discretion. By providing any comment,
suggestion, idea, concept or other submission, User assigns to AIS the right
to make, use, copy, reproduce, modify, prepare derivative works from, incorporate
it in other works, transfer, display, distribute, perform, publish, print,
upload, post, transmit, license, sell, offer for sale, or import the same
worldwide in any form, media or technology now known or later developed.
To the extent such assigment is not effective for whatever reason, then
the User hereby grants to AIS a royalty-free, paid-up, irrevocable, non-exclusive
right and license to make, use, copy, reproduce, modify, prepare derivative
works from, incorporate it in other works, transfer, display, distribute,
perform, publish, print, upload, post, transmit, license, sell, offer for
sale, or import the same worldwide in any form, media or technology now
known or later developed.
e) AIS also reserves the right to disclose personal information
if AIS determines in good faith that such disclosure
is required by law, by court order, or a regulatory enforcement agency,
or if such disclosure is necessary to perform credit checks for a transaction
initiated by the User, to collect debts owed to AIS by User, to report debts
owed to AIS by User to a credit reporting agency, or to otherwise protect
the rights or property of AIS.
5. Correction of Personal Information.
You may review, correct, amend and/or ask questions about
your personal identifying information by contacting AIS' Customer Service
Department by e-mail at info@ApprenticeIS.com or by telephone at (479) 631-8054.

a) Consent.
This Privacy Statement reflects AIS' current policies and procedures
with regard to the collection and use of personal information. AIS reserves
the right to amend these policies from time to time. In the event of any
such amendment, a revised Privacy Statement will be posted on the Website.
As such, you should review the Privacy Statement whenever you access the
Website to remain informed of any changes. By opening your account with
AIS or by using or accessing the Website, you consent to the collection
and use of your personal information by AIS.
b) Opt Out.
If you do not want your personal information collected and used
as indicated in the Privacy and Security Policy, as it currently exists
or as it may be amended in the future, you may terminate your account. AIS
