Land Records Apprentice The Land Records Apprentice is a complete document imaging and record manager for the Circuit Clerk's Office. This system is highly configurable to suit the particular needs of your county and includes features designed to improve the speed, accuracy and efficiency of your staff. Available now, the Land Records Apprentice includes the following features: - Flexible support for multiple instrument types or categories.
- Scans and stores an unlimited number of documents per transaction.
- 'Work-Flow' design provides rapid customer service - Typically less than three minutes from customer presentation at your counter to completed transaction including document endorsements, check endorsement and complete receipting.
- Images are stored in industry-standard format, facilitating Freedom of Information requests.
- Turn-key solution - AIS provides all hardware, software training and ongoing support. We are your one call with no 'finger pointing' when service is required.
